We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team on a Full-Time, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift.
This leadership position is ideal for an RN who is passionate about providing exceptional resident care while leading, supporting, and mentoring the nursing team. As RN Supervisor, you will oversee clinical operations during your shift and serve as a key point of contact for residents, families, physicians, and staff.

Evening Shift
Supervise nursing staff and ensure continuity and quality of resident care throughout the shift
Serve as the clinical leader and primary point of contact for staff, residents, families, and physicians
Monitor resident care and ensure compliance with facility policies, state and federal regulations, and nursing standards
Respond quickly and effectively to clinical situations, emergencies, and changes in resident condition
Support staffing coordination, shift assignments, documentation review, and effective shift handoffs
Provide guidance, coaching, and support to nursing staff while promoting a positive team environment
Collaborate with department leaders and administration regarding resident care and operational needs
Ensure timely and accurate completion of clinical documentation and required reports
Promote infection prevention, resident safety, and quality-of-care standards
Active Pennsylvania RN license required
Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Prior RN supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
Strong leadership, clinical judgment, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
Strong commitment to resident-centered care
Infection control certification preferred
Full-Time evening shift with a consistent 3:00 PM–11:00 PM schedule
