What you'll do
- Support multiple service areas by cross-training and filling in as a Barista, Food Preparer, Nutrition Services Associate, Dish Associate, and Server to meet staffing needs and ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages that are fresh, flavorful, and visually appealing, while accurately following recipes, portion guidelines, and dietary standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by running trays to patient rooms, assisting guests at point-of-sale stations, and responding promptly and professionally to customer and patient needs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment by adhering to food safety protocols, departmental standards, and demonstrating adaptability in a fast-paced, high-demand setting.
Required qualifications
- Food Handler – Within 30 days of hire
- Equivalent experience is one year of experience working in retail food service or healthcare food service.
Additional information
- Barista and food preparation experience preferred.
