## Job Description
**WoFlow Logistics, owned and operated by Harwin, has an immediate
opening for an experienced CDL-A belly dump or end dump driver.**
The selected driver will haul crushed limestone base on a dedicated
local lane between Groesbeck and LaRue, Texas.
This is consistent Monday-Saturday work with an early-morning start
and home time every day. Trucks may begin lining up at **4:30 AM**,
and the facility gates open at **5:30 AM**.
We are looking for someone who takes safety seriously, communicates
with dispatch, takes care of the equipment, and is ready to work. This
is not an entry-level CDL position. Previous belly dump or end dump
experience is required.
## Mandatory Requirements
**You must be able to answer YES to all four requirements below to be
considered:**
1. You currently have a valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card.
2. You have at least one year of verifiable CDL-A driving experience.
3. You have previously operated a belly dump or end dump trailer.
4. You are available Monday-Saturday and can be ready for the 4:30 AM
truck lineup.
Applicants who cannot meet all four requirements should not apply.
## Lane and Project Details
* **Material:** Crushed limestone base
* **Pickup:** Groesbeck, Texas
* **Delivery:** LaRue, Texas
* **Round-trip distance:** 87 miles per completed load
* **Average load:** Approximately 25-26 tons, subject to legal axle
and gross-weight limits
* **Truck lineup begins:** 4:30 AM
* **Facility gates open:** 5:30 AM
* **Schedule:** Monday-Saturday
* **Home time:** Home daily
* **Expected volume:** Approximately 4-5 loads per day when operating
conditions allow
Some days may result in fewer loads because of loading times,
unloading times, facility delays, traffic, weather, equipment
conditions, dispatch volume, or legal hours-of-service limits.
## Driver Pay Breakdown
This position is paid **per completed load**, not at a flat daily rate.
Drivers receive **$50 for each completed load**, with up to five paid
loads and a maximum of **$250 in daily base load pay**.
* **2 completed loads:** $100 in pay and 174 route miles
* **3 completed loads:** $150 in pay and 261 route miles
* **4 completed loads:** $200 in pay and 348 route miles
* **5 completed loads:** $250 in pay and 435 route miles
The fifth completed load is fully paid at $50.
The $250 amount is the maximum daily base load pay and is reached
after five completed loads. The weekly performance bonus is calculated
separately and does not count toward the $250 daily cap.
Drivers will never be expected to speed, overload the equipment, skip
inspections, or violate hours-of-service requirements to reach a load
count.
## Weekly Earning Examples
Based on a six-day Monday-Saturday schedule:
* Averaging 2 loads per day: $600 in weekly base load pay
* Averaging 3 loads per day: $900 in weekly base load pay

* Averaging 5 loads per day: $1,500 in weekly base load pay
* Maximum weekly performance bonus: $150
* Maximum total weekly earnings: $1,650
Actual earnings depend on the number of completed loads and the
performance bonuses earned.
## Weekly Performance Bonus
Drivers can earn up to an additional **$150 per week** based on
safety, attendance, communication, paperwork, and equipment care.
Each bonus category is earned independently. Missing one category does
not automatically remove the entire weekly bonus.
