Part-Time Administrative & Sales Specialist (15-20 hrs/week)
Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to be a key contributor to a growing company in the 3D printing industry? 3DChimera, a leader in 3D printing, scanning, and design solutions, is looking for a versatile Administrative & Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role combines sales support with administrative excellence, offering a unique opportunity to work across multiple facets of our business.
What You’ll Do:
- Sales Support:
- Assist with customer inquiries, inside sales, and processing orders for materials and supplies.
- Track leads, update our CRM system, and coordinate customer follow-ups.
- Prepare and manage sales documentation, including quotes and invoices.
- Administrative Support:
- Manage meeting schedules, set appointments, and coordinate with clients and vendors.
- Handle vendor documentation and manage in-house back-office paperwork.
- Support bookkeeping tasks like accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.
- Logistics & Operations:
- Assist with shipping, inventory management, and fulfillment of online orders.
- Handle purchasing and track inventory to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Who You Are:
- Organized and Detail-Oriented: You thrive in managing multiple tasks and deadlines without letting anything slip through the cracks.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM systems, QuickBooks, or similar tools, as well as MS Office (especially Excel).
- Sales-Minded: Comfortable interacting with customers, tracking leads, and supporting inside sales efforts.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to handle vendor and customer interactions professionally.
- Self-Motivated: Capable of working independently while collaborating with the team to ensure smooth business operations.
- Experience: Prior experience in administrative roles, sales support, or logistics is preferred but not required.
