Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Consultant to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for automobiles, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers. As a Car Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the car buying process, from initial inquiries to finalizing sales, while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Schedule
WEEKDAYS 8:30AM - 6:30PM
SATURDAYS 9AM-5PM
CLOSED SUNDAYS!!
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through various channels, including cold calling and in-person interactions, to generate leads and drive sales.
- Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Negotiate terms of sale and financing options to meet customer needs while achieving dealership goals.
- Maintain satisfactory CSI and General Motors Training.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and follow-up communication.
- Work with the dealership team to develop effective marketing strategies to increase market share.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within a dealership or retail environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette for engaging with customers over the phone.
- Proficient in market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Experience in outside sales is a plus, demonstrating the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing communication with a diverse customer base.
- Familiarity with inventory control processes is beneficial for managing vehicle stock efficiently.
