About the Opportunity
HDA Insurance is a growth-focused national agency building a team of high-performing sales professionals.
While this role operates in the insurance industry, no prior insurance experience or license is required to start. We train and equip the right people from the ground up.
You’ll be educated and supported to sell across:
- Life insurance solutions (a core focus of our business)
- Wealth solutions
- Retirement solutions
- Auto & home insurance
- Business & commercial coverage
- Pet insurance, deductible solutions, and other innovative products
Some Sales Specialists choose to specialize. Others become hybrid producers.
We support both paths.
What You’ll Learn & Do
- Learn consultative sales skills focused on education and value, not pressure
- Communicate with clients to understand needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Build trust and long-term relationships
- Develop professional sales habits and discipline
- Work toward obtaining your insurance license (with guidance and support)
- Build a sustainable book of business over time

Compensation & Earning Potential
- Commission-based with uncapped income
- Typical performers earn $50,000–$120,000+ annually
- Income grows with consistency, skill development, and production
