Duties
- Operate heavy machinery including dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, and front loader trucks to move materials and prepare sites efficiently.
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, grading, paving, and utility locating to ensure project specifications are met accurately.
- Support construction activities by loading and unloading materials using dump trucks and other equipment.
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work sites to identify potential issues early and ensure optimal operation.
- Assist with general labor duties such as site cleanup, material handling, and setting up construction zones as needed.
Qualifications
- Prior experience operating heavy equipment such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, or similar machinery is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of construction site procedures and safety standards is essential.
- Ability to operate Caterpillar equipment and familiarity with utility locating techniques are a plus.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively in team settings.
- Physical stamina to perform demanding labor tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license; commercial driver’s license (CDL) is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
