Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Richmond, VA
Two Available Cases:
- Monday-Friday: 9 AM to 5 PM (Mechanicsville area)
&
- Only Every Other Weekend: 9 AM to 2 PM (Tuckahoe area)- must have experience working with children with behaviors.

Position Overview
We are currently seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in the Richmond area.
As a DSP, you will play a key role in supporting individuals with daily living activities, promoting independence, and ensuring their safety and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and supervision to individuals in accordance with their Individual Service Plan (ISP)
- Support the development of positive habits, behaviors, and life skills
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and household tasks
- Administer medications as trained and required
- Escort individuals to community activities, appointments, and programs
- Monitor and report behavioral, physical, or emotional changes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for each shift
- Ensure a clean, safe, and structured environment
