Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kurdish Translator to join our translation team for upcoming projects and assignment requests.
In this role, you will be responsible for translating a variety of documents while ensuring that the finalized layout, formatting, and structure closely match the original file.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate written materials accurately between Kurdish and English.
- Work with diverse document types, including:
Legal documents
Educational materials
Social services documents
General forms and correspondence
- Maintain document formatting so the translated output mirrors the original design and structural appearance.
- Communicate efficiently with our internal Translation Department regarding project updates.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Native or professional fluency in Kurdish and high proficiency in English.
- Proven experience in document translation and text layout/formatting.
- High attention to detail and commitment to structural precision.
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
Compensation & Rates
- Translation Rate: $0.06 per word
- Formatting Rate: $4.00 per hour (capped at a maximum of 5 hours per assignment/project)
