What You’ll Do
- Lead all daily operations of the school
- Recruit, coach, develop, and retain high-performing teachers and leaders
- Ensure compliance with Utah licensing requirements and company standards
- Drive enrollment growth and family retention
- Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and labor performance
- Monitor school financial performance and business metrics
- Create a positive culture for children, families, and staff
- Partner with district leadership to achieve operational and financial goals
What We’re Looking For
- Previous manager experience within a licensed childcare, preschool, or early childhood education program
- Experience directly managing staff performance, staffing, scheduling, and daily center operations
- Strong business and financial acumen, including experience managing enrollment, labor, budgets, or center performance metrics
- Ability to lead teams, build relationships with families, and navigate change effectively
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Must meet Utah state qualifications for a Childcare Center Director
