Beauty Professional – Performance-Based Opportunity
Join The Look By Joi, a high-visibility, luxury beauty brand based in Atlanta with over 23 years of experience creating unforgettable beauty experiences. We are seeking motivated, reliable beauty professionals ready to earn daily income, build a loyal clientele, and grow with our brand.
This is not a traditional hourly position. This is a performance-based opportunity for individuals serious about making money and showing up consistently. You’ll work in a high-traffic location with strong brand visibility, steady client flow, and product sales opportunities.
Compensation Structure
- Up to 40% commission on services
- 10% commission on product sales
- Daily performance bonuses available
- Potential to earn $150–$500+ per day
Responsibilities
- Perform brow services efficiently (shaping, tinting, etc.)
- Complete makeovers in under 20 minutes
- Deliver a high-quality client experience that reflects The Look By Joi brand
- Recommend and sell retail products
- Maintain a clean and professional workspace
- Show up on time and ready to work
- Participate in content creation
Requirements
- Must be dependable (non-negotiable)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and pulling new clients daily
- Motivated to earn based on performance
