Responsibilities
- Safely move and park large vehicles within the dealership lot, ensuring proper placement and organization according to dealership standards
- Assist with vehicle cleaning, detailing, and light maintenance to uphold presentation standards
- Conduct visual inspections of vehicles for damage or irregularities and report findings promptly
- Help facilitate the delivery and pickup of vehicles, including assisting delivery drivers with parking and staging
- Maintain cleanliness of the lot by removing debris, managing outdoor equipment, and ensuring clear pathways
- Provide excellent guest services by greeting visitors, answering basic questions about vehicle availability, and directing customers to appropriate staff members
- Support dealership operations through manual tasks such as loading/unloading vehicles and assisting with inventory organization
Experience
- Previous outdoor work experience or roles involving physical activity preferred
- Valid driver’s license with experience driving manual transmission vehicles preferred
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and delivery personnel
- Experience in guest services or hospitality environments is a plus
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs
- Familiarity with dealership procedures or delivery driver experience can be advantageous
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform manual tasks regularly throughout the day
