This full-time contract opportunity, based in a small, structured setting within a general education elementary school, allows you to make a genuine impact in students’ daily lives. Key Qualifications:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Prior experience working in school settings preferred
- Skilled in supporting students who exhibit strong emotional and verbal behaviors
- Demonstrated understanding of therapeutic and behavioral intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Compassion, patience, and responsiveness to varying student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct behavior intervention services within the Pyramid Program, supporting a small caseload of students
- Implement individualized behavior and educational plans under the guidance of special education and therapeutic professionals
- Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and family members
- Collect data, monitor progress, and participate in team meetings to review student outcomes
- Assist in maintaining a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment
Role Details:
- Full-time hours, approximately 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, following the school day schedule
