Our agency opened in 2014 and is a close-knit team of three focused on delivering exceptional, relationship-driven service. Before becoming an agent, I spent eight years working for another State Farm agent, building a strong foundation in the business.
I grew up in this community and am proud to serve it. My husband and I have two daughters and stay active coaching their flag football team. I also enjoy traveling, especially to Scottsdale, and love trying new restaurants and foods. We’re very involved locally and support a variety of nonprofit organizations.

Rachelle Copp - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
