Cricket Wireless Sales Associate
Position Summary
We are looking for energetic, customer-focused Sales Associates to join our Cricket Wireless team. In this role, you will help customers find the right wireless solutions while delivering an exceptional shopping experience. Successful team members are outgoing, motivated by sales goals, and passionate about providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage every customer in a friendly and professional manner.
- Build relationships by identifying customer needs and recommending the best products and services.
- Sell wireless plans, smartphones, accessories, protection plans, and additional services.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.
- Demonstrate product features and educate customers on device setup and functionality.
- Process activations, upgrades, payments, account maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail environment.
- Participate in community events and local marketing initiatives to generate new business.
- Handle cash, complete daily opening and closing procedures, and maintain accurate records.
- Stay current on Cricket Wireless promotions, products, and policies.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve store performance goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Retail sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable using computers, tablets, and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Skills
- Experience selling wireless, electronics, or technology products.
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell products confidently.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Lift up to 25 pounds.
