What You'll Do
- Greet families and students warmly, creating a welcoming environment.
- Assist prospective members in person, over the phone, by text, and by email.
- Manage attendance, memberships, and sales using our CRM (Spark).
- Help keep inventory stocked and organized.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional dojo environment.
- Receive training to assist instructors during larger classes by helping with basic drills, student organization, and class management when needed.

- Are reliable, organized, and take initiative.
- Are comfortable learning new technology—we'll train you on all of our systems.
- Have experience in customer service, education, recreation, childcare, hospitality, or another people-focused role.
- Are looking for a long-term, part-time opportunity.
Schedule
This position averages 18–20 hours per week.
- Monday: 1:45 PM – 5:45 PM
- Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 5:45 PM
- Wednesday: 3:15 PM – 6:15 PM
- Thursday: 3:15 PM – 6:15 PM
- Saturday: 9:15 AM – 2:00 PM
Compensation & Benefits
- $16–$18/hour, based on experience and qualifications.
- Paid training.
- Free membership to any Life Ki-do Adult Martial Arts or Tai Chi program.
