Requirements for Staff Nurse:
Must possess valid unencumbered, RN License in Massachusetts
Current CPR certification
Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
Job Duties for Staff Nurse:
Administer Meds, Complete Assessments, and ensure all necessary care is properly delivered to residents.
Assess residents and coordinate with Physicians on plan of care
Develop, Write, Execute, and Monitor Care Plans for resident safety and well-being.
Maintain safety of residents.
Follow appropriate regulatory guidelines.
