Brighter Strides ABA is seeking a compassionate, organized, and clinically strong Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinic-based team in Lawton, Oklahoma. We are open to both full-time and part-time candidates.
This is an in-person role for a BCBA who enjoys working closely with clients, RBTs, families, and leadership in a collaborative clinic environment. The BCBA will oversee individualized treatment programs, provide hands-on clinical support, supervise and develop RBTs, and help ensure consistent, high-quality services throughout the clinic.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments.
- Develop individualized, medically necessary treatment plans.
- Provide direct supervision, coaching, and clinical guidance to RBTs.
- Observe treatment sessions and provide real-time feedback and support.
- Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment adjustments.
- Conduct caregiver training and provide families with practical support.
- Ensure clinical documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
- Collaborate with families, technicians, clinic leadership, and other members of the care team.
- Maintain an organized schedule that supports client needs and agreed-upon billable expectations.
- Assist with clinical problem-solving, staff development, and case coverage.
- Help maintain a positive, structured, and clinically supportive environment within the clinic.
- Ensure services comply with BACB standards, payer requirements, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification in good standing.
- Current Oklahoma behavior analyst license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience developing and overseeing ABA treatment programs.
- Ability to work in person at our Lawton clinic.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to provide effective supervision and constructive feedback.
