As Integrative Dental Care continues to grow, we're excited to welcome an additional Patient Care Coordinator to our team! Our expanding patient family has created the need for another compassionate, organized, and customer-focused professional who is passionate about providing an exceptional patient experience.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every patient feels welcomed, informed, and supported throughout their dental journey. What You'll Do
- Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism, both in person and over the phone.
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments while maximizing provider schedules.
- Verify insurance benefits and assist patients in understanding their treatment estimates and financial options.
- Collect payments and maintain accurate patient accounts.
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and text messages promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate referrals, treatment plans, and follow-up appointments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with doctors, hygienists, and clinical team members to ensure seamless patient care.
- Help create an organized, positive, and efficient front office environment.
What We're Looking For
- Previous dental front office, patient care coordination, or medical reception experience preferred.
- Experience with dental practice management software (Eaglesoft experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-first mindset.
- Comfort discussing financial arrangements and insurance benefits.
- Reliable, dependable, and committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience.
