Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support the daily operations of our Los Angeles branch. This position provides administrative support to the local team and headquarters, helping ensure smooth office operations and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily office operations and general administrative tasks.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and company documents.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and other office activities.
- Perform data entry and prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Support recruitment activities, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
- Assist with employee onboarding and maintaining personnel records.
- Track employee attendance and assist with benefits and insurance documentation.
- Assist with expense tracking, invoice processing, and reimbursement documentation.
- Coordinate with external service providers and vendors when necessary.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide general customer service.
- Welcome visitors and support client meetings and office events.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of office administration, customer service, or related experience preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese (Required).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Pay: $22.43 - $24.42 per hour
