Fancy Cakes by Lauren has been creating luxury custom cakes for over 25 years. We specialize in bespoke wedding cakes, sculpted cakes, and celebration cakes for some of Dallas' most prestigious venues. Every cake that leaves our kitchen represents our reputation, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for excellence.

What You'll Do
Your responsibilities may include:
- Filling, frosting, and decorating cakes
- Working with buttercream and fondant
- Creating sugar flowers and decorative elements
- Preparing cake layers and fillings
- Baking and production support
- Following detailed decorating instructions
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Assisting with wedding cake assembly and preparation
- Supporting the team during busy production weeks

Experience
