Luther Home of Mercy is a residential facility for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reconcile and balance various general ledger accounts with subsidiary ledgers.
- Provide timely and accurate payment processing by assisting in managing accounts payable & accounts receivable.
- Multi-billing (Hospice, Medicare, Medicaid, Insurance) for three (3) agencies.
- Develop and maintain regular reports via the agency’s accounting system.
- Ensure accurate balancing from our three (3) financial centers.
- Payroll knowledge to be backup when needed.
- Other job duties assigned by supervisor.
- Travel to different locations between three (3) agencies.
