Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Hold or qualify for state licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Prior experience with pediatric populations or in a school-based role is highly valued
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with a variety of speech and language disorders
- Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school policies and regulatory requirements
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute actively to multidisciplinary teams
- Provide consultation and support to classroom staff regarding speech/language issues
