Account Manager U.S.-Based
Role Overview:
The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring seamless coordination between clients and internal teams, and conducting in-depth research to support client needs. The role is critical in ensuring client satisfaction, project success, and internal alignment across teams.
Key responsibilities
Client research and strategic support
- Conduct comprehensive research on clients, industries, competitors, and market trends to support strategic planning and client initiatives.
- Monitor client performance, business objectives, and industry developments to anticipate client needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare research summaries, reports, and presentations with actionable insights and recommendations for clients and internal teams.
Client relationship management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely, professional, and effective communication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders to drive satisfaction, trust, and long-term partnerships.
- Manage client expectations, respond to inquiries, and proactively address concerns or escalations.
- Conduct regular client meetings and check-ins to review progress, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for account growth or additional services.
Project and account coordination
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and priorities across multiple client accounts.
- Ensure projects are executed on schedule and meet agreed-upon quality standards.
- Track account progress, communicate updates to clients, and manage risks that may impact project delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests are properly prioritized and executed.
Cross-functional team collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, design, operations, and other internal teams to align resources and project execution with client objectives.
- Lead or participate in internal planning and status meetings to discuss client priorities, project progress, and operational challenges.
- Facilitate clear communication across departments to ensure efficient collaboration and timely delivery of work.
- Provide coordination, support, and direction to internal team members when needed to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
Remote work and operational requirements
Equipment setup
- Maintain a dual-monitor setup (or an equivalent multi-screen solution) to support efficient multitasking during client meetings and daily operations.
Professional workspace
- Maintain a clean, professional, and distraction-free workspace suitable for client-facing video meetings, with reliable audio and video quality.
Schedule commitment
- Be available to work fixed Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
- This is a non-flexible schedule requirement due to the client-facing nature of the role and the need for consistent availability during US business hours.

Reporting Structure:
- Reports to:CEO & Operations Manager
- Works closely with: Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Design teams.
Additional Expectations:
- The Account Manager should continuously monitor client health, proactively seeking ways to improve relationships and drive added value.
- Regular updates to management regarding client satisfaction, project progress, and any potential risks or opportunities.
- Expected to contribute to broader strategic initiatives, offering insights based on client feedback and market trends.
