Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other mechanical tools safely and efficiently
- Perform stock replenishment by stocking shelves and organizing inventory within the warehouse distribution center
- Conduct quality control checks during picking and packing to ensure order accuracy and product integrity
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety standards and warehouse protocols
- Support warehouse supervisor in inventory management, order fulfillment, and process improvements
Experience
- Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers with familiarity in picking & packing processes
- Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, or pallet jacks; certification is a plus
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for efficient order processing
- Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation and basic maintenance tasks
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, load & unload activities, and extended periods of standing or walking
- Prior experience in shipping & receiving, materials handling, or quality control roles preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment while maintaining safety standards
