Solo Owner Operators $10,000-$15000 a week gross
Team Owner Operators $16,000- $22,000 a week gross
80% of gross

Duties
- Safely operate tractor-trailers, including refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, and specialized equipment such as dump trucks or roll-off trucks.
- Navigate routes efficiently using GPS navigation systems to ensure on-time deliveries across over-the-road (OTR) routes.
- Load and unload freight with precision, utilizing manual handling techniques and equipment like forklifts when necessary.
- Comply with all FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration), DOT (Department of Transportation), hazardous materials regulations, and safety protocols during transport and cargo handling.
- Deliver freight to various destinations, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to route schedules.
- Handle logistics cargo management including loading, securing, unloading, and verifying cargo integrity.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inspections, and compliance logs for safety audits and regulatory purposes.
Skills
- Proven experience operating commercial trucks with manual transmissions and tractor-trailers in diverse environments.
- Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations, hazardous materials regulations, and DOT compliance standards.
- Skilled in route planning using GPS navigation tools for efficient delivery scheduling.
- Experience with refrigerated trailers, tanker trucks, flatbeds, or specialized freight such as dangerous goods or automobile transportation is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely during load & unload operations; familiarity with forklift operation is a plus.
- Excellent driving skills with a clean record on truck driving and delivery routes.
- Knowledge of logistics cargo handling procedures including freight security and trailer inspection standards.
