Compensation
Base Pay
- $16.00/hour between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- $17.00/hour after 5:00 PM and for overnight hours
- Additional $2.00/hour Weekend Premium
Because this position is guaranteed at 40 hours per week, you'll enjoy consistent income while still earning higher rates during evenings, overnights, and weekends.
What You'll Do
As our Lead Care Professional, you'll become one of the most trusted members of our team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Starting care for new clients
- Filling caregiver call-offs when needed
- Introducing new Care Professionals to clients
- Completing Quality Assurance visits
- Conducting reassessments when clients return home from hospitals or rehabilitation facilities
- Providing outstanding personal care and companionship
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, transportation, dementia care, and safety supervision
- Helping ensure every client receives exceptional service during transitions
This is an active, hands-on position that combines caregiving with leadership responsibilities.
Schedule
This is a 40-hour guaranteed full-time position.
Hours will vary based on client needs but will primarily include:
- Daylight shifts
- Evening shifts
- Occasional overnight coverage
- Weekend availability (with premium pay)
Flexibility is important, as you'll be our "go-to" Care Professional for new client starts and unexpected staffing needs.

Qualifications
- One to Two years of professional caregiving experience required
- Experience with personal care and dementia care preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background checks and pre-employment screening
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to learn and utilize mobile scheduling and documentation software
