Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Material Handler/Forklift Operator to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, and ensuring the safe and accurate movement of goods throughout the warehouse. Your proactive approach will help maintain seamless warehouse operations, support shipping and receiving processes, and uphold safety standards across all activities. Key Responsibilities:
- Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs.
- Move freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, ships, or containers, by hand or using trucks, tractors, or other equipment.
- Record numbers of units handled or moved, using daily production sheets or work tickets.
- Receiving product
- Rotation of trash dumpsters and Recycling Bins
- Pull orders for staging
- Maintain packaging, WIP and Finished goods area for continued safety for plant and employees.
- Inventory movement between locations in facility
- Perform work in a safe and efficient manner.
- Any other duties as requested.
Competencies/Skills:
- Tow motor experience helpful (Certification not required – we will train)
- Must be comfortable working with computers/scanners
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills
- Must maintain and utilize all PPE required for position.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous work in production environment and forklift experience.
Ability to pass drug test including THC
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
