Duties
- Greet visitors promptly and professionally at the sales gallery entrance, providing exceptional customer support
- Handle data entry tasks accurately using the Microsoft Office application to maintain up-to-date records
- Maintain organized filing systems, including documentation of client information, contracts, and correspondence
- Support office management duties such as inventory control, supply ordering, and clerical tasks like proofreading and filing
- Provide administrative assistance with bookkeeping activities, including basic bookkeeping and bookkeeping-related data entry
Skills
- Proven experience in administrative roles with strong organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and a friendly demeanor
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry tools
- Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, calendar management, and time management techniques
- Experience with office equipment such as copy machines and phones
- Strong typing skills combined with attention to detail for accurate documentation and record-keeping
