Manage preconstruction, pre‑planning, and full construction scheduling processes.

Approve and manage project budgets-including labor, materials, and subcontractors.

Oversee project profitability, cash flow, and cost‑to‑complete tracking.

Coordinate resource allocation (labor, equipment, materials) from kickoff to completion.

Lead strategic planning, RFIs, submittals, and the change order process.

Conduct monthly cost reviews with accurate cost forecasting.

Resolve design conflicts by collaborating with engineers, architects, and trade partners.

Identify opportunities for value engineering, improved methods, and timeline efficiencies.

Ensure adherence to all safety procedures, regulations, and company standards.

Draft, negotiate, and manage subcontractor agreements.

Directly manage subcontractors and oversee PE/APM performance.

Support field leadership in coordinating CAD, fabrication, and field labor requirements.

Review and approve supplier and subcontractor invoices.

Maintain and strengthen client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Engage in identifying and pursuing upcoming work opportunities.

Deliver project updates, presentations, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Organize and maintain project documents, work orders, and technical files.

Utilize project management and scheduling software to track performance.

Prepare SWOT analyses for current and future projects.

Support training of estimating staff on technical project requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

10+ years of mechanical construction experience, or a combination of education and technical training.

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Office Suite, Excel, and Word.

Experience with AutoBid, P6 Scheduling, and Bluebeam preferred.

Strong mechanical knowledge-HVAC, plumbing, fabrication, and field coordination.
