Los Angeles, CA Full Time $30-35 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Light electrical work (replacing switches, outlets, timers, light fixtures)
- Light plumbing repairs (angle valves, P-traps, sink and faucet installation)
- Jobsite housekeeping and cleanup
- Cabinet removal and installation
- Cabinet removal and installation
- Repairing and painting doors, walls, ceilings, etc.
- Drywall patch and repair
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Knowledge of electrical and plumbing
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Valid driver's license
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred, but not required
