Responsibilities of a Customer Sales Associate
- Engage with prospective customers to discuss AT&T Fiber products, services, and promotional offerings
- Build positive customer relationships through professional communication and personalized AT&T Fiber service
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that align with household AT&T Fiber connectivity goals
- Support new AT&T Fiber customer acquisition initiatives through effective outreach and customer education
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with Customer Sales Associate team members to achieve individual and team performance objectives
- Participate in ongoing Customer Sales Associate training sessions focused on communication, AT&T Fiber sales strategies, and professional development
- Represent AT&T Fiber and Nova Management, Inc. with professionalism and integrity during all customer interactions
