Kitchen Manager / Executive Kitchen Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Kitchen Manager to oversee all back-of-house kitchen operations and ensure the highest standards of food quality, efficiency, and service execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily kitchen operations and overall staff workflow
- Oversee food production and ensure consistency in quality and presentation
- Supervise and support kitchen staff during service and events
- Monitor and maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Control kitchen labor and labor costs while maximizing efficiency
- Manage inventory, ordering, and product organization
- Ensure smooth execution of private events, catering, and restaurant service
- Work closely with management to maintain operational excellence and guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen management experience required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of inventory systems, labor management, and food cost control
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and high-quality food execution
