Position Overview:
As a Barista & Sandwich Artist, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our customers. You will be responsible for crafting specialty coffee drinks, preparing fresh sandwiches, and ensuring the overall guest experience is top-notch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages.
- Create and assemble sandwiches, wraps, and other menu items to order.
- Ensure all food and beverages are made according to our quality standards and customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following health and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the register.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth operations during busy times.
Qualifications:
- Previous barista or sandwich prep experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Passion for coffee and food, and an eagerness to learn.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to assist others.
- Ability to handle cash and follow safety protocols.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.

Preferred shifts are weekend and afternoon closing shifts from 12pm to 6:30pm And weekday closing shifts 12-6
