Maintenance Supervisor
Vista Management | Full-Time
Are you a hands-on problem solver who likes variety in your workday? Vista Management is hiring an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to support a portfolio of properties in the Greenville, SC Market.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and complete routine and minor repairs across multiple properties, documenting work and parts used for your supervisor
- Build great relationships with residents and on-site staff at every property you visit — a friendly, professional attitude goes a long way
- Inspect vacated apartments, complete make-ready checklists, and help turn units around quickly and to a high standard
- Keep building exteriors and common areas clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Assist with tenant improvements and preventative maintenance across your territory
- Respond to after-hours emergency maintenance calls as needed
- Coordinate daily with your Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize your route and workload
- Follow OSHA and company safety standards on every job, at every site
- Take on special projects as assigned
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent skill/knowledge
- EPA HVAC certification
- Working knowledge of basic hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, hammers, saws, post hole diggers, etc.)
- A dependable vehicle and valid driver's license — you'll be moving between properties regularly
- Flexibility for a rotating schedule and on-call emergency availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs, climb stairs/ladders, and work in varying outdoor conditions
- A calm, can-do attitude under pressure and shifting priorities
