Compensation:
$100,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities:-
Follow up with buyer and seller leads in a timely manner

Build relationships with clients and guide them through the home buying and selling process

Conduct buyer consultations and listing appointments

Negotiate contracts and ensure a smooth transaction experience

Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the transaction

Attend team meetings, trainings, and coaching sessions

Utilize CRM systems and follow team processes

Prospect and generate new business opportunities
Qualifications:-
Active Virginia Real Estate License or currently pursuing licensing

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Coachable and willing to follow proven systems

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized
