MASTER ELECTRICIAN / ELECTRICAL PROJECT LEADER

Allen and Associates is seeking an experienced Master Electrician to join our growing team. We are looking for a dependable professional who can lead electrical projects, supervise field personnel, troubleshoot complex systems, and represent our company with integrity.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants to help build and lead a strong electrical team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead commercial, industrial, and residential electrical projects
- Supervise electricians, helpers, and subcontractors
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical diagrams
- Plan manpower, materials, and daily jobsite activities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems
- Ensure all work meets NEC, state, local, and project requirements
- Coordinate with customers, contractors, inspectors, and project managers
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite
- Assist with estimating, material takeoffs, and project planning when needed
- Train and develop less-experienced electricians
Qualifications:
- Extensive electrical experience with strong troubleshooting skills
- North Carolina electrical license strongly preferred
- Thorough knowledge of the National Electrical Code
- Proven experience leading crews and managing electrical projects
- Ability to read plans, specifications, and one-line diagrams
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Ability to pass applicable background and drug-screening requirements
- Willingness to travel to project locations when required
Experience with commercial and industrial electrical systems, three-phase power, service installations, controls, generators, low-voltage systems, and project estimating is highly valued.

Schedule:
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday
- Overtime and occasional travel may be required
Pay:
$___28_____ to $___35_____ per hour, based on licensing, experience, and leadership ability.
