Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic, customer-centric Remote Order Entry Clerk and Customer Service Specialist to operate our digital storefront back-office. In this role, you will be the face of Gem Life Collective. You will guide guests through our curated selection of zero-proof spirits, serve functional botanical mocktail tracking updates on our customer service dashboard, and manage day-to-day digital storefront retail operations.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Welcome digital guests, provide tailored product recommendations, and educate the local community on the benefits of alcohol-free brands.

Tasting Bar Service: Prepare and serve signature non-alcoholic drink order links and flight tracking adjustments to customers at our virtual help desk.

Point of Sale (POS): Efficiently operate our digital checkout system, process transactions accurately, and manage store opening/closing data sheets.

Merchandising and Inventory: Unpack vendor digital manifests, organize backstock databases, and curate attractive visual product layouts on the e-commerce floor.

Store Maintenance: Keep the digital data floor, tracking station, and customer portal clean, organized, and sanitary throughout the shift.
Requirements

Location: Remote position with continuous US-based regional tax compliance.

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in premium retail, hospitality, customer service, or specialty food/beverage environments (such as barista, bartender, or boutique retail).

Communication: Exceptional conversational skills with a welcoming, positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.

Physical Demands: Ability to sit for extended periods and safely process, input, or update high-volume online inventory data metrics.

Availability: Flexible weekend availability (specifically Friday afternoons and Saturdays) is a strict requirement.
