Role and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Interior Designer to manage design projects from concept to final installation. You will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and contractors to deliver aesthetically pleasant, functional, and budget-conscious spaces.
- Conceptualize cohesive interior and exterior designs and create boards for internal and cliental use
- Communicate designs, plans, and schedules to project managers
- Conduct site visits for familiarization, measurements, progress updates, and sub walk-throughs
- Meet with clients to determine their goals, budget, style preferences, and project timelines
- Select and specify tile, plumbing, lighting, wall finishes, flooring, and other materials, then coordinate with vendors, place orders, and manage trade accounts and deliveries
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in design or related field
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a design role
Preferred Skills
- Proficient at InDesign
- Experience with social media management and content creation
- Proficiency in SketchUp or similar program preferred
