Overview
Clipping Solution is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Image Editing & Creative Production Coordinator to support digital image processing, photo editing, graphic production, and client project coordination. This role is responsible for managing image-editing workflows, reviewing completed work for quality and consistency, organizing digital assets, and coordinating production requirements with creative teams and clients. The ideal candidate has strong visual attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and an interest in digital imaging and creative production.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily image editing and digital asset production projects from intake through final delivery
- Review client requirements, image specifications, deadlines, and production instructions
- Assign and track image-editing tasks among designers and production specialists
- Perform quality-control reviews of completed images for accuracy, consistency, composition, and technical specifications
- Coordinate background removal, clipping paths, image masking, retouching, color correction, resizing, and other post-production workflows
- Maintain organized digital asset libraries and ensure proper file naming, version control, and folder structures
- Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding project requirements, revisions, approvals, and delivery schedules
- Monitor project deadlines and production capacity to ensure assignments are completed on time
- Prepare project status reports and maintain accurate production records
- Identify recurring quality issues and recommend workflow improvements to increase efficiency and consistency
- Ensure final files meet client specifications for format, resolution, dimensions, color profile, and delivery requirements
Requirements
- Previous experience in image editing, digital production, graphic design, creative operations, or project coordination preferred
- Strong attention to detail and excellent visual quality-control skills
- Good understanding of digital image formats, resolution, dimensions, and file management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Lightroom, or similar professional image-editing software
- Familiarity with clipping paths, masking, background removal, photo retouching, color correction, and image manipulation
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
- Familiarity with project management platforms such as Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar tools
- Experience working with e-commerce product photography and digital catalogs is a plus
- Knowledge of file formats including PSD, TIFF, JPEG, PNG, WebP, and PDF
- Basic understanding of RGB/CMYK color spaces, image resolution, and print/digital production requirements
