Full-Time Barber or Part Time
Fadez & Bladez Barbershop is hiring for our Midlothian location.
We're looking for a licensed professional with at least one year of cutting experience who is motivated, dependable, and committed to delivering a great client experience. If you're looking for a long-term career with clear growth opportunities, education, and consistent clientele, we'd like to talk with you!
Requirements
- Current Virginia Barber License or Cosmetology License
- Minimum 1 year of professional cutting experience
- Strong clipper and shear-cutting skills
- Reliable transportation and attendance
- Ability to work 2 evenings and every other Saturday at minimum (Closed Sunday)

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality haircuts and grooming services
- Deliver exceptional customer service and consultations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Build and retain clientele through consistent service and professionalism

Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: Hourly ($16-$22/hr) or commission (up to 53%, you keep what is more)
Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional cutting experience required
License/Certification: Current Virginia Barber or Cosmetology License required
