Duties
- Wash, sanitize, and dry dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas adhere to health and safety standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables, organizing supplies, and handling basic food items when needed.
- Support catering events or banquet setups by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for service.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure hygiene compliance.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage waste disposal and recycling processes effectively.
- Keep inventory of dishware and supplies, notifying management when stock levels are low.
