Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from accredited degree program in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field of study with minimum of 5 years in field construction or related experience, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Experience with various construction project sizes (>< $100M)
- Strong passion for creating best possible worker experiences and ability to advocate for others
- Display interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to acquire information and discern impacts to workforce culture and programs
- Active listening skills, able to ask clarifying questions, learn and process information quickly
- Extensive understanding of project jobsite logistics and planning associated with project progression
- Demonstrate fundamental management and leadership skills (e.g., opportunistic, self-monitoring, self-correcting) with ability to operate independently
- Advanced project management skills with ability to drive results and accountability, prioritize responsibilities, manage competing demands, and meet deadlines
- Highly organized with attention to detail, and able to quickly develop understanding of needs and requirements
