Home2 Suites Greendale is seeking an experienced and detail‑driven Head Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and help establish the standards for a brand‑new hotel. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for ensuring exceptional cleanliness, team training, and a welcoming environment for every guest who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver consistent, high‑quality room and public area cleanliness
- Establish and maintain cleaning procedures, room inspection standards, and brand compliance (Hilton CleanStay)
- Create daily room assignments, manage productivity, and ensure timely room turns
- Conduct regular room and public area inspections to maintain brand standards
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls for linens, supplies, and chemicals
- Partner with the General Manager to hire, schedule, and develop team members
- Support a positive, team‑focused culture built on accountability and guest satisfaction
- Ensure safety, sanitation, and OSHA compliance throughout the department
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and hands‑on housekeeping tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping leadership experience required (hotel experience strongly preferred)
- Strong knowledge of cleaning standards, productivity expectations, and inspection procedures
- Excellent communication and team‑building skills
- Ability to lead by example and maintain a positive, professional environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Hilton brands or extended‑stay hotels is a plus
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
