Outbound Engagement | Sales Enablement | Pipeline Support
We are hiring to help our clients increase inbound sales conversations through proactive outbound engagement. This role supports client growth by initiating first-touch conversations, identifying interest, and coordinating qualified meetings for their sales teams.
This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys structured work, measurable goals, and being accountable for daily production while supporting multiple client programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound phone and email contact to targeted business contacts
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective buyers
- Identify basic qualification criteria and determine interest level
- Coordinate and confirm sales meetings for client sales teams
- Follow defined outreach workflows and engagement plans
- Record interaction details and outcomes in internal systems
- Manage multiple client programs simultaneously

- Strong task management and attention to detail
- Ability to accept feedback and apply coaching quickly
- Prior experience in call centers, customer outreach, or sales support is helpful but not required
Compensation Structure:
- Entry production level (multiple client programs): $70,000–$100,000
- Advanced production level (expanded client programs): $100,000–$150,000
Compensation includes base pay, variable earnings, and performance incentives.
