As an Entry Level Team Member, you will play an important role in engaging customers, understanding their needs, presenting Verizon products and services, and creating positive customer experiences. The ideal Entry Level Team Member is confident, coachable, personable, and motivated to achieve results.
What You’ll Do as an Entry Level Team Member:
- Interact with customers, start conversations, understand their needs, and create a professional and welcoming experience.
- Represent the Verizon campaign by providing customers with accurate information about products, services, and available options.
- Present Verizon solutions based on customer needs, answer questions, address concerns, and support successful sales and conversions.
- Build strong customer relationships through confident communication, product knowledge, and excellent service.
- Work toward individual and team sales goals while contributing to overall campaign performance.
What We’re Looking For in Our next Entry Level Team Member:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident speaking with customers and building professional relationships
- Motivated to achieve individual and team goals
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Coachable and able to apply feedback
- Previous sales experience is not required
