Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Job description:
We are seeking a Warehouse Associate with strong computer skills and system proficiency to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping orders, and managing, organizing, and retrieving stock within the warehouse. Since every process relies heavily on our digital systems, strong computer skills are a major requirement. Proficiency in warehouse management software, inventory tracking systems, and basic computer applications is essential to ensure accuracy and efficiency in daily operations. The role demands attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to operate warehouse equipment safely. A background in logistics combined with technical aptitude will help optimize warehouse processes and boost productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments using warehouse management systems.
- Utilize computer software to track inventory levels, update records, and manage stock movements.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently with the aid of digital tools.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular data entry and system updates.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by following proper procedures.
- Assist with physical inventory audits using digital scanning devices.
- Follow company safety protocols and procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Previous experience in warehouse or logistics environments.
- Strong system knowledge including familiarity with warehouse management software and inventory tracking systems.
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office or similar programs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work as needed.
- Forklift certification.
