This unique position combines front desk responsibilities with hands-on veterinary assisting, making it perfect for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Check clients in and out, process payments, and maintain accurate records
- Assist veterinarians and technicians with patient care and restraint
- Clean and stock exam rooms and treatment areas
- Help maintain a clean, organized hospital
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills
- Enjoys working with both people and animals
- Is dependable, organized, and able to multitask
- Thrives in a busy veterinary environment
- Has veterinary or medical experience (preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person!)
Schedule Requirements:
- Part-time or full-time availability
- Must be available to work afternoons
- Saturday availability is required (8:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
