The Harley-Davidson Sales Pro’s primary responsibility is to greet customers and assist them with selecting a vehicle and negotiate a purchase. The Sales Pro will work a predetermined schedule and utilize the dealership’s processes and procedures to accomplish this. The Sales Pro will maintain a continuous training curriculum regarding the Sales Process and product knowledge. The Sales Pro will also be responsible for staying in contact with all sold and unsold customers while developing relationships. The Sales Professional reports to the Sales Manager.
_QUALIFICATIONS:_
High School Diploma or G E D, six months of automotive sales experience or at least one year in customer service sales position. Excellent communication skills. Able to work long hours. Professional personal appearance. Valid in-state driver’s license with M endorsement and driving record meeting insurance company guidelines.
