Position Summary
ASAP Personnel is seeking a qualified Lead Maintenance Technician to support apartment communities while delivering exceptional service, professionalism, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance staff and vendors.
- Diagnose HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Manage service requests and apartment turns.
- Perform preventive maintenance.
- Maintain inventory and supplies.
- Coordinate emergency repairs.
- Train maintenance team members.
- Inspect property for safety concerns.
- Oversee contractors.
- Ensure OSHA and EPA compliance.
Qualifications
- Relevant apartment industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license where applicable.
- EPA Certification and HVAC experience.
- Your own tools are required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Apartment industry experience strongly preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
